Game Regulations:
Detailed Descriptions.
Types of penalties:

Temporary account lockout.
1.1. Temporary account lockout (ban) - A timed restriction that prevents logging into the game account for a specific duration.
Permanent account lockout.
1.2. Permanent account lockout (ban) - A permanent restriction that indefinitely prevents access to the game account.
Exclusion from the service.
1.3. Exclusion from the service - Results in blocking all related accounts across the Game, Forum, and Discord. This penalty is applied via MAC and IP address filtering.

Spam.
2.1. Spamming, or sending unsolicited messages, is prohibited. This includes advertising websites without written permission from the administration and posting links to other game servers or referral sites.
First offense: 3-week account ban.
Second offense: Permanent account ban.
Spam - sending unsolicited or unwanted content not related to the Aion game.
Vulgarity and insults.
2.2. Insulting other players, the use of profanity, and circumventing chat filters is strictly prohibited. Any offense that violates Polish or European Union law (e.g., hate speech) is forbidden. Promoting racist, unethical, or vulgar content will not be tolerated. This rule also applies to private store names.
First offense: 1-week account ban.
Second offense: 2-week account ban.
Third offense: 3-week account ban.
Fourth offense: 4-week account ban.
Fifth offense: Permanent account ban.
Illegal character names.
2.3. The use of vulgar, abusive, or unethical character names is prohibited.
First offense: Warning and forced name change / Temporary ban.
Second offense: Permanent account ban.
Bugusing / Exploiting.
2.4. Intentional use of bugs or game exploits to gain an advantage (including item duplication or extortion) is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent ban of ALL related accounts (Exclusion from the service).
Illegal software.
2.5. The use or dissemination of unauthorized software is prohibited. This includes scripts, programs, or bots that modify the game interface, alter game files, or automate character progression (AFK farming).
Penalty: Permanent ban of ALL related accounts (Exclusion from the service).
Trading in the real world (RMT).
2.6. Any attempt (successful or not) to buy, sell, or exchange virtual items (e.g., Kinah, gear, accounts) from Atreia's Chronicles for real money or items from other servers is prohibited. Violation results in a block on all related platforms (Game, Forum, Discord).
Penalty: Permanent ban of ALL related accounts (Exclusion from the service).
Threats related to real life.
2.7. All threats directed at players regarding their real life or safety are strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent account ban.
Impersonating a member of TEAM Atreia's Chronicles.
2.8. Impersonating any TEAM member for personal gain or to deceive others is prohibited. This includes using nicknames containing `GM`, `Admin`, `Support`, etc., or any name suggesting privileged status.
Penalty: Permanent ban of ALL related accounts (Exclusion from the service).
Account theft / Phishing.
2.9. Attempting to gain access to another player's account by requesting passwords or offering "help" via illegal means is prohibited. This also applies to players using accounts known to be stolen.
Penalty: Permanent ban of ALL related accounts (Exclusion from the service).
Advertising inappropriate content.
2.10. Advertising websites containing hacks, keyloggers, viruses, pornographic or racist content, or anything violating Polish/EU law is prohibited. Advertising competing commercial game services is also forbidden.
Penalty: Permanent ban of ALL related accounts (Exclusion from the service).
Dissemination of confidential data.
2.11. Disseminating confidential information regarding Atreia's Chronicles TEAM members or our users (Doxxing), regardless of how the information was obtained, is strictly prohibited.
Penalty: Permanent ban of ALL related accounts (Exclusion from the service).
Obstructing events.
2.12. Deliberately obstructing or disrupting an ongoing event, despite warnings from a GM, is prohibited.
First offense: 1-week account ban.
Second offense: Permanent account ban.
Illegal Legion names.
2.13. Using Legion names that are racist, unethical, vulgar, or violate Polish/EU law is prohibited.
First offense: Verbal warning and order to disband/rename the Legion.
Second offense: Forced Legion renaming + Permanent ban of the Legion Leader.
Illegal Legion logos.
2.14. Using Legion logos that are racist, unethical, vulgar, or violate Polish/EU law is prohibited.
First offense: Verbal warning and order to change the logo.
Second offense: Forced logo removal + Permanent ban of the Legion Leader.
Abuse of the Support System.
2.15. Using the support system to extort items, harass administration, or spam for faster responses is prohibited. Accounts belonging to users who are abusive or disrespectful to staff will be banned without hesitation.
Penalty: Permanent account ban.
Unjustified payment disputes (Chargebacks).
2.16. An unjustified dispute occurs when Aion Coins have been successfully delivered, yet a chargeback is initiated. This is treated as fraud. All accounts related to the user will be blocked immediately. Accounts may only be considered for unlocking after the dispute is withdrawn.
Penalty: Permanent ban of ALL related accounts (Exclusion from the service).
Multi-accounting.
2.17. Players are allowed to have a maximum of two accounts. Any additional accounts will be blocked. If more than one person plays from the same computer/household, it must be reported to the Support Team.
Penalty: Permanent ban of the third and any subsequent accounts.
The Atreia's Chronicles TEAM reserves the right to issue temporary or permanent bans at its discretion, even for reasons not explicitly listed in these regulations. In cases of serious misconduct, a player may be permanently excluded from all services, which simultaneously results in a ban of all game and forum accounts.
